On February 5th, 2013 the Open Society Foundations (OSF) finalized their account of more than fifty countries, led by the U.S., collectively engaging in human rights violations. According to the publication, the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency extrajudicially transferred suspected al-Qaida members overseas in order to interrogate and execute forms of torture in secret.
